Staff Accountant
This full time position will assist in audits, reviews, compilations, preparation services, and prepare tax returns. This position will also assist clients with bookkeeping and other accounting services. The Staff Accountant must demonstrate initiative, organizational skills, mature judgement and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in all areas of Audits, Reviews, Compilations and Preparations
Prepare corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns
Prepare financial statements
Tax research
Works as an effective team member to complete project components and assignment tasks
Build working relationships at the peer client level
Effectively document work
Identifies task issues as well as task progress in a timely and organized manner
Build strong team relationship skills
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in Accounting
1 – 3 years’ experience in public accounting
Proficiency with computers and computer software (MS Word, Excel)
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time while ensuring quality and timeliness
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in order to meet multiple deadlines
Ability to work independently and prioritize appropriately with little supervision

Tax and Assurance Manager
A Tax and Assurance Manager will lead and manage multiple operations of the practice and to deliver quality services, that will increase our firm’s reputation. You will serve as business advisor to our clients aiming at maximizing engagement and achieving qualitative outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver high-quality tax services, including planning, research, and compliance for diverse range of individual and corporate clients across various industries.
Lead and oversee assurance services, including audits, reviews, compilations, and other attestation engagements, ensuring adherence to professional standards and regulations.
Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with clients, providing strategic advice to optimize their financial and tax positions.
Mentor and manage accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Drive the improvement of internal processes through the implementation of best practices.
Communicate task progress and issues effectively, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain a strong team dynamic, emphasizing collaboration and professional growth.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
CPA designation required.
5-7 years of public accounting experience and a Bachelors or Masters degree.
Proven work experience as a senior accountant.
Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
Exceptional client services along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time while ensuring quality and timeliness.
Stay abreast of current industry and regulatory developments through continuing education and continuous reading of professional journals.
Proficient with technology and software applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in order to meet multiple deadlines.
Ability to work independently and prioritize appropriately with little supervision.
